Using its extensive portfolio, program, and project management process library, Procept developed the Project Management Policy, Methodology, Manual, and Performance Parameters. Following the approval of the proposed PM policy and governance recommendations, Procept planned the establishment of the territory-wide Project Management Office (PMO) as well as provided recommendations on hiring and training.
